1. Service Scope
WowSoftware offers software development, website design, mobile app development, and IT consulting services as agreed upon in the project proposal or agreement.
2. Agreement and Approval
All work will be carried out as per the scope mentioned in the agreement. Any changes or additions must be documented and may incur additional costs.
3. Payments
All payments must be made as per the schedule mentioned in the agreement. Late payments may result in delays in delivery or suspension of services.
4. Refund Policy
Once the agreement is signed and the project has commenced, no refund will be provided under any circumstances. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more details.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide all required content, feedback, and approvals on time to avoid project delays. WowSoftware will not be held responsible for missed deadlines due to delayed inputs from the client.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, all custom-developed software, websites, or apps will become the property of the client. However, WowSoftware retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
WowSoftware will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise during or after the use of our services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement before the work starts. Once the agreement is signed and work begins, termination by the client will not qualify for any refund.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
