Once the service agreement is signed by both parties and the initial payment is made, the project is considered confirmed and work will commence as per the agreed terms.

2. No Refund Policy

Please note: No refunds will be issued once the agreement is signed and the project has been initiated.
This includes partial or full refunds for payments made toward any development, design, consultation, or support services.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel the service before signing the agreement, you may do so without any penalties. However, after the agreement is signed, cancellation requests will not result in any refund.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, WowSoftware reserves the right to consider refunds or partial refunds at its sole discretion. Such decisions are final and based on internal evaluation.
